Ahead of time

High energy density

As one of the pioneers of AI data centers, we rely on a high energy density for the rack spaces.
Unlike the industry average, we are already serving loads starting at 50 kW per rack. These can also be easily scaled to >150 kW per rack.

Utilization of waste heat

We don't build data centers for their own sake. Our motivation is to break new ground in terms of integrating data centers into local communities. For example, thanks to our liquid cooling concept, we’re able to use the waste heat in a sustainable way, e.g. in the form of district heating. This ensures added value that benefits everyone.

State-of-the-art cooling

Polarise relies on a state-of-the-art 2-phase liquid-to-liquid cooling model to dissipate the heat generated appropriately. If required, additional backup cooling with standardized dry coolers could be used.

Modular design

Scalability and flexibility

Thanks to our modular DC-in-DC concept, we offer our customers maximum flexibility in terms of equipment and expansion. Our data pods enable rapid scaling and deployment, while we can respond to all customer requirements. The pods comply with the standards of Tier III environments by default. The power supply can also be configured for each pod. The pods start from 1 MW as standard.
